Using 2D and 3D drawings, he checks and validates each stage of the assembly process. He identifies any discrepancies related to machining or part integration, then proposes adjustments or improvements to ensure optimal operation of the various mechanisms.

Throughout the project, he accurately documents all modifications and technical issues encountered. This technical follow-up provides a key foundation for continuous improvement and the optimization of future assemblies.

Finally, he can also assist during on-site installation to ensure the machine is set-up correctly and efficiently at the customer’s premises.
